Refund policy

Your satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Any item returned must be in a satisfactory condition. A refund will be applied to your original purchase credit card for the price of the item(s) returned that meet these conditions. Please note that we only accept returns if the goods are returned to us in satisfactory condition, we have the right to reject any defective items.

You will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning your purchase and you will also be liable for any services provided to you in connection with your purchase, ie: any original delivery costs incurred by us, any personal service costs like ‘knocking in’ etc.... Personalised products and undergarments are NON-RETURNABLE.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

If you are returning items due to error on our part we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred by you in sending the item back to us (up to a maximum of £6.00), or you can contact customer services to arrange a collection.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

A note about damaged cricket bats:
A very small percentage of bats sold are liable to crack under the massive stresses which take place when the ball hits the willow. This is why it is very important that you should take care when playing with your bat in its infancy, you MUST ensure you have knocked in your bat, especially on the face, edges and toe areas.

Even if a bat is described as ‘ready-to-play’ or ‘pre knocked in’ you should still take care when using it in its infancy and we recommend further ‘knocking in’ and to ease the bat in to match use to ensure durability. We also recommend every bat is fitted with an anti scuff protective sheet and toe guard. Please also be aware it is normal for a cricket bat to develop many minor surface cracks throughout the entire blade.

Unfortunately we do receive bats back from customers who have mistreated their bat, and if the manufacturer recognises this, they will return the bat to the customer untouched. If a bat is returned to us and the manufacturer agrees there is a fault with the bat, they will then either repair or replace as necessary the damaged bat. In ‘peak periods’ returns can take 3- 4 weeks to process.

If you do feel your bat has cracked or split and that there is a flaw with the willow, please return it to the address below with a note explaining what happened. If the bat is over 12 months old, you will have little or no case for replacement.

We offer what we consider a very fair returns policy and we give an honest judgement based on many years experience, if we are at all unsure with regard a returned product we reserve the right to send it back to the manufacturer for further inspection by their experts.
